These terms govern the Lifestone Property Alerts text-messaging program operated by Lifestone Capital Solutions, LLC for the building at 4201 Mitchellville Road, Bowie, Maryland. These terms apply once you opt in to the program as described below.
Program description
Lifestone Property Alerts sends transactional, operational text messages related to the property: work-order and maintenance notifications and status updates to authorized maintenance staff and vendors, and confirmations and follow-ups about maintenance or service requests to tenants who have contacted the property. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in
You opt in in one of two ways: (1) by completing the sign-up form at www.lifestoneproperty.com/text-alerts and checking the consent box, or (2) by texting the keyword ALERTS to our text line at (443) 320-6621. Either way, our first text confirms the program name, message frequency, rates and how to stop. We collect your number directly from you for this purpose only. Consent is not a condition of tenancy or of any service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are transactional and sent as needed — when a work order is created or updated, or when there is news about a request you made. This is a recurring program to the extent that you continue to have open or new requests.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Lifestone does not charge for these messages.
Opt out and help
Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts from this program unless you opt in again.

Carriers and liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
