This Privacy Policy explains how Lifestone Capital Solutions, LLC (“Lifestone,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in the course of managing and leasing the commercial building at 4201 Mitchellville Road, Bowie, Maryland, including through our tenant portal and our concierge, Kathy.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to lease and operate the building and to respond to you:
- Contact details you provide — name, mobile phone number, email address, and company.
- Tenancy details — the suite or unit you occupy or are interested in.
- Service-request details — the maintenance or service issues you report and their status.
- Records of your communications with us — calls, text messages, emails, and portal messages, including transcripts of calls handled by Kathy, kept so we can follow up and keep a record of the request.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule building tours.
- Log, route, and follow up on maintenance and service requests.
- Send you operational updates about your request or your tenancy, by phone, text, or email.
- Keep accurate records and operate the property safely and lawfully.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to Lifestone Property Alerts, by checking the consent box on our Text Alerts page or by texting ALERTS to (443) 320-6621, we send you transactional text messages about your requests and your tenancy — for example, confirming a work order or telling you when maintenance is scheduled. Message frequency varies and is transactional (as needed). Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. No sharing for marketing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the property (for example, our maintenance vendors and the communications platforms that deliver our calls, texts, and email), and only as needed to carry out your request, or where required by law. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to manage the building, meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, and resolve disputes, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. We retain call and message records associated with service requests and tenancy.
Your choices
You may ask us to update your contact details, stop texting you (reply STOP or contact us), or ask what information we hold about you. Opting out of text messages does not affect your tenancy or our ability to reach you by phone or email about your requests.
